Happy New Year's Eve, everyone! While we'll never give up raising a toast with the always classic Champers, there's always room for more players in the bubbly repetoire. That's why this year, after popping a magnum of our tried-and-true Krug, we'll also be raising a second glass filled with Infinium Ale--a "champagne-style beer" resulting from a collaboration between Germany's Weihenstephan Brewery and that all-American ale purveyor, Sam Adams. Made using the traditional four vessel brewing process and containing 10.3% alchohol content, this bubbly beer is crisp, tart, and just a tad spicy. The only thing more complex is deciding who you'll be kissing come midnight.
Infinium Ale, 19.99. Available at wine stores nationwide.
